We recently traded in my wife's Hyundai and upgraded to an MDX. The process at Advantage Acura was impressively smooth. Our salesman Darren was super friendly, not even a little pushy, and very easy to work with. He answered every question we had and made sure we were happy with everything about the vehicle before driving off the lot. Karen in finance was also very professional, friendly and easy to deal with, and made the finance/warranty process super smooth. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our recent experience at Advantage Acura!! We spent a lot of time shopping for a new car at different manufacturers but after our first visit to Advantage and meeting with Darren Thornton, we didn’t need to shop anymore! Darren helped us select the model that was right for us and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about it. He also took us for a tour of the facility introducing us to employees along the way. When it came time to pick up our car, we were delighted that it was spotless and parked underneath an overhang so that we could get a full demonstration despite the pouring rain! Darren spent a lot of time going over the functions & made sure that all of our questions were answered before we headed home. We also want to thank Russ & Mike in sales & Karen in finance for their great customer service! Most of us experience lousy customer service wherever we go these days so it’s so refreshing and unexpected to receive such wonderful service!!

I picked up my Acura Adx yesterday. My sales representative Bryan was knowledgeable, he made the whole process easy and stress free.
